Dr. Nalawade has worked as an Assistant professor in Surgical oncology at State Cancer Institute, Aurangabad where in he performed various major and supra major surgeries independently like major head neck oncology cases, colorectal and pancreatic surgeries, major urology cancer cases and Gynaecological oncological cases and breast oncoplasty. Established in 2010 the State Cancer Institute, Aurangabad more than 1000 major surgeries are performed every year. It is second major dedicated Public hospital for cancer patients in Maharashtra after TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Nalawade has worked as Assistant professor In Surgery Department in BJMC and Sasoon Hospital, where he performed Various Major Oncological resections as well as General surgeries- Open and laparoscopic.
